Prompt forge

Forge a system prompt from ingots: roles, rules, examples and injection defences, each with a token cost against a tight budget. Strike to run today's eight regression tests and three red-team waves of prompt-injection attacks. Every strike is a version you can diff, roll back and branch from. Results come from a fixed rule table, not a live model.
